About Us

We are relatively new to the consulting business, but extremely experienced in the business world. The owners have over 30 years of experience in many different fields. We have direct experience with Restaurants, Bars, Real Estate Development, and Bookkeeping to name a few. We are a small operation to the benefit of our clients. You will be personally assisted by one of the owners to help provide the personal touch that you won’t find anywhere else. We are the best at helping every aspect of your business work in perfect harmony.


Co-Owner: Josh Briner has an AA in Business from Santa Barbara City College. Josh’s first business venture was helping start, build and overseeing two successful restaurants. His duties included Marketing, and Advertising as well as bookkeeping, budgeting and planning. Josh managed a staff of 20 employees and created a detailed training system. Since then Josh has started 3 businesses of his own and consulted with many others on various business projects.

Co-Owner: Todd Tressler graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a minor in Communications. He later graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Masters Degree in Economics with an emphasis in Finance. While at Arkansas, he was a Division I First Team All American and a member of two National Championship Teams in track and field. He passed the Series 7 and 63 and became a stock broker specializing in Restricted Securities Sales for two years. Before working as a consultant Todd was working in Real Estate Development/Property Management, as well as a controller for a physical therapy office.
